Here it was absolutely sufficient to open the case and take a look at this Stratocaster to be totally flashed. Candy Apple Red in a faded vintage finish with just the right amount of relicing. The color does not appear as dark as with a brand new Strat, but rather it comes with a fantastic orange shimmer. Perfect, especially in connection with the great Greenguard, as well as a variety of subtle hairline cracks and various nuanced quirks. And what the look of this teambuilt guitar promises is also true for the great sound. The percussive and yet sustain-rich basic character of the guitar is transmitted to the amp by the proven pickup mix of 69 Strat on the neck, Fat 50s in the middle and Texas Special on the bridge, which covers all classic Strat sounds in best form. Of course, the sun is already shining when you play clean: radiant, bell-like tones. But with distortion it finally takes off your shoes: what an open, snappy and uncompromising piece of joy! Full, smacky and biting. And the playability leaves nothing to be desired: the pleasant 60-style Oval-C neck profile, 9.5' radius, medium jumbo frets together with the lacquer-free neck back offer the highest level of playing comfort. So, you have a killer player all around, which can also convince with its very special appearance.
