Of the three B&G Little Sisters we were able to organize for you, the one with serial number 1912948 is certainly the one with the most interesting top. As the name suggests, this is Lebanese cedar wood, which you probably won't find on any other manufacturer. Otherwise, this guitar, which comes from B&G's custom store in Tel Aviv, is also an incredible instrument with independent design and unique sound. The body is made of African mahogany, the neck of Hondurian mahogany and the fingerboard of Katalox, which is one of the rarest types of wood. A very thin shellac coating ensures that the woods retain their pristine look.
B&G Kikbuckers are used as pickups. These are hand-wound P90s that have been made hum-free with a second coil. Together with the resonant-semi-acoustic basic character of the guitar, they provide an incredibly deep, transparent and dynamic sound that makes you not want to stop playing blues, fingerpicking and jazz. And when you turn on the distortion, every friend of classic rock sounds should have his heart lifted. Somewhere between Les Paul, ES-335 and Telecaster you can locate the B&G sound. Together with the very comfortable, light V-profile of the neck, we are dealing with a dream player. If you want something different than the classic models and still don't want to miss out on a lot of vintage flair, the Little Sister is the perfect choice! The guitar comes to you in top condition.
