There are acoustic guitars that put a big grin on your face right from the first chord. This Collings OM2H T enchanted me from the first time I played it. It might be one of the last guitars Bill Collings built before his death in July 2017 and it even comes with a signed certificate from Bill Collings. The guitar was built for the Japanese dealer Dolphin Guitars. And as a special feature, it has a torrefied Sitka spruce top. Back and sides are made of East Indian rosewood, perfectly lacquered with gauzy nitro varnish. Ebony fingerboard and the whole thing perfectly finished with bone/ hot glue. I have rarely had an OM guitar in my hands that was so balanced, open and resonant. Every minimal nuance of touch is transmitted. Great frequency spectrum with shimmering highs and just the right amount of bass and midrange. Once you start fingerpicking here, you won't want to stop. The guitar is in mint condition. and especially worth mentioning is the special Collings Traditional Case, which can't be found anymore and costs almost 1.000,-. One of the most stable and lightest cases for acoustic guitars. Dream guitar with rarity value in top condition!
