And once again a dream Strat from Masterbuilder legend John Cruz in top form. Very rare also the version in Black over Firemist-Gold. Here you have to look twice to discover the gold, which I find again very good because it is rather discreet. The aging as always with Cruz super authentic and what is hardly visible on the pictures, with countless hairline cracks. The neck has a very comfortable medium 60 oval C shape profile, not too thick and a 10.5" radius with 6150 medium jumbo frets. A top combination for modern playing feel. The guitar feels incredible in the hand and just plays very comfortable with a super string action and perfectly aligned frets. The Josefina handwound pickups transfer the resonant sound of the guitar to the amp. Here you get all the classic 60's Strat sounds at the highest level. Nice and pearly, with a great tone and very pleasant frequency spectrum and harmonics. Very good I like here that it has this very slight compression, which you know from the real old Strats and thus never becomes too spiky. Class player with super sound. And with the name John Cruz the value is also guaranteed. The guitar is in top condition including the frets.
