Fender Stratocaster 56 Hardtail HSS NOS Masterbuilt John Cruz (2017)

We are almost always quite enthusiastic about the guitars we have on offer. But with this Hardtail HSS Stratocaster from masterbuilder John Cruz even we got gasps. This is where a gorgeous and extremely unusual look meets the most multi-faceted killer sound you can conjure out of a Stratocaster. This guitar, which can do almost anything sonically, stands out, you don't see something like this every day. Masterbuilder John Cruz, who has since sadly left the Fender Custom Shop, must have actually thought about how to create the most unique Stratocaster ever by combining a hardtail Strat with its characteristic weight and sustain benefits with a NOS finish in Inca silver, gold hardware and a phenomenal AAA flame neck. Killer look that you can't get enough of! He then rounded out this appearance sonically with an HSS setup: noiseless "Strat N4 Aged" singlecoils on the neck and in the middle and a "Shawbucker Zebra" on the bridge. So this Cruz Strat delivers fantastic pearly, belly, crystal clear and bluesy tones of the very best and when needed also sawing rock boards à la van Halen. So you get the perfect live guitar here: sound-wise you can simply offer everything and at the same time you hold a beautiful eye-catcher in your hands. The fact that the guitar with its strong neck, 9.5'' fingerboard radius, 57-style soft V-neck profile, a satin lacquered neck back, the proven Vintage Upgrade frets and a perfect weight of only 3265 grams can also be played superbly only confirms the first impression that you just want to have this Strat. At least that's how I feel and I already congratulate the future owner who will secure this great piece, which is in top condition except for minimal playing traces.
