Fender Stratocaster 58 Relic Masterbuilt Todd Krause (2015)

Here we have a Stratocaster that not only comes from the hands of a player and is therefore wonderfully swung in, but also has its own unique "musical history." The guitar was tried out by Joe Bonamassa himself at a "Meet & Greet," the back of the headstock signed by him and the accompanying case was adorned with the characteristic Bonamassa sticker. The fact that this '58 Strat also originally came from the hands of Masterbuilder Todd Krause in a most authentically reliced ​​"3-Tone Sunburst" finish makes it all the more interesting. This is especially true since it has acquired some "natural relicing" marks over the years, which further enhance its vintage look. In addition, the playing characteristics of this Stratocaster exude the very best vintage vibes. This is ensured by the proven "Vintage Upgrade" frets, the 7.25" fingerboard radius and the extremely comfortable "10/56V" neck profile. The guitar's fresh and resonant character is perfectly conveyed to the amp by the "Josefina Handwound 50's" pickups. Plenty of punch, yet the typical sparkle of a '50s Stratocaster is never lost. The bell tone is superb! Brilliant, clear with the perfect amount of twang, yet without harsh highs and with plenty of body. Whether Blues, Rock, Pop or Funk, this Stratocaster delivers everything in top form and with tons of character. The use of shielded routes is a wonderful touch, blocking any electromagnetic interference to prevent unwanted hum and buzz. Besides the aforementioned "natural religing" the frets show minimal signs of wear but certainly have many more years of playing enjoyment ahead of them. Otherwise, the guitar is in top condition.
