...and another absolute aging blast from shooting star Vincent van Trigt! It's simply incredible what works of art this masterbuilder from the Fender Custom Shop continues to conjure up. The aging is just out of this world. It's not for nothing that he is currently the hottest masterbuilder with waiting times of more than 10(!) years. We are extremely pleased to be able to offer you this '59 Stratocaster Heavy Relic in "Black over Vintage Blonde" in mint condition. You simply have to see this guitar in real life. The aging consists of thousands of small details, all of which are so meticulously brought to the point that you really have the feeling that you have been playing his guitar through all the clubs for the last 50 years. Countless hairline cracks, by no means subtle flaws, paint-free and matt areas adorn the fabulous vintage finish. Matching are the black anodized pickguard and the dark tint neck. This comes with the proven "60 Style Oval C" neck profile and a 9.5'' fingerboard radius, which can be played fantastically in conjunction with the wonderful Narrow/Tall frets. Hotter wound "Handwound Josefina Fat 50's" pickups are used here, which deliver the perfect sound: brilliant, clear, with a lot of twang, but still without harsh highs and with enough belly - that's what you want from a 59 Masterbuilt! Whether Blues, Rock, Pop or Funk, this guitar delivers everything in the best manner and with lots of character. All classic Strat sounds are served excellently here and I would even like to say that you first have to find a real old one that sounds so good. Truly a piece of art! So it's no wonder that Vincent's instruments always sell faster than we can get them. So again, better be quick here!
