A Strat for all occasions - and that in the awesome Relic look! This Masterbuilt by Jason Smith comes as an HSS version with two Fat 50s single coils and a Seymour Duncan 78-EVH humbucker at the bridge. This guitar has many modern features and is the counterpart to the Suhr or Tom Anderson guitars, i.e. the "modern" Strats, but still has the sought-after Fender Relic look and only where Fender is written on it, is really Fender inside :-) Of course, the super-licious Sea Foam Green is striking right from the start. The neck has a slim to medium 60's style oval C neck with a modern 12" radius, as used for example by Suhr. Optimal for modern playing styles and light fingers with the more powerful 6100 jumbo frets. The pickups provide the best of both worlds. Singing lead sounds and open heavy rhyhtm sounds á la Van Halen on the bridge and classic, bluesy, belly, dirty Fender sounds on the single coils. The previous owner replaced the wiring (pots and capacitors) with a high-end wiring from Arty's Custom, using only the highest quality parts. The complete original wiring is included. If you like modern playing comfort combined with classic look and sounds, you will get your money's worth.
