Fender Stratocaster 62 Limited NAMM Heavy Relic (2007)

This Strat was built for the NAMM 2007 and the guys from the Fender Custom Shop really went all out to show off their phenomenal skills. Super nice “3-Tone Sunburst” finish with just the right amount of red, not too much and not too little. And we were particularly pleased when we saw this formidable Heavy Relicing: perfect, partly matt vintage patina with countless hairline cracks and just the right amount of perfectly arranged dings and dongs. Of course this guitar also offers the very best playing comfort thanks to the proven “65 Strat C” neck profile, 9.5'' fretboard radius and the popular 6105 frets. As a special treat the previous owner made an expensive upgrade by replacing the original pickups with “Handwound Josefina Fat 60s” in order to optimize the tonal features as well: authentic, rich and above all fat 60s bell tone! A juicy, smacking sound without compromising on clarity or definition. If you like full, bulbous Strat sounds, both clean and distorted, you'll get your money's worth here! All in all, a soundmighty gem with a great look and the best playing characteristics, which we can offer you in top condition with only minimal signs of use and wear.
