Who would immediately guess what color this Strat comes in? We had to look three times to realize that it was Shell Pink. But that's how it is with Vincent van Trigt guitars - here aging is taken to the extreme, especially when it's the "Super Heavy Relic" version. However, the look is not all that VVT always manages to do brilliantly. First of all, the guitar just feels great. The neck has the perfect "60s style oval C" profile - not the thinnest profile, more medium-beefy, and with the stripped neck back, 9'5" radius, and perfectly dressed 6105 frets, just an incredible neck to play. Here you don't want to stop strumming even without amp. When amplified, your jaw finally drops. Vincent has chosen a pickup mix of a Handwound 65s on the neck, a Handwound Fat 60s in the middle and a Handwound Texas Special on the bridge. And we'd even go so far as to say that this results in one of the best sounding Van Trigs we've had the pleasure of selling. The sound sounds incredibly balanced in every position with just the right mix of bell tone, warmth, attack and transparency. Even on the bridge pickup, you don't have any shrill highs here - pure pleasure all around! We are happy to offer you this absolutely exceptional Strat in mint condition!
