Fender Telecaster 52 Closet Classic Masterbuilt Dale Wilson (2016)

If the expression “guitar porn” applies to a guitar, then it really applies to this Tele from masterbuilder Dale Wilson with a “Metallic Purple” finish and subtle Closet Classic relicing. This finish in combination with the numerous hairline cracks is simply awesome! In addition, there is a beautiful neck made of AAA birdseye maple and the previous owner upgraded the pickguard to an “egg” color, creating a sensational look. And the pleasant “Large C” neck profile (.850-.975") also gives you a good grip. However, the special thing about this Tele is that the previous owner made an extremely harmonious pickup change by having “Nocaster 51” pickups professionally installed. Resonant without end the guitar is simply a blast when amplified! A perfectly bony 50s Tele experience, whereby the guitar always remains wonderfully balanced, round and pleasant despite all the twang. The look and sound of this Telecaster just scream for a stage! So it's certainly not surprising that it has been played a lot in recent years, as evidenced by minimal play marks on the first few frets and two small dings on the upper side and neck pocket. Otherwise it is in top condition.
