What a killer Tele from Dale Wilson! Everything is just right here, ...sound, playability, weight, look. You won't want to put this '52 Heavy Relic Tele down. It has an assorted, super lightweight ash body weighing just 2900 grams, “Twisted Tele” pickups, a “5/4 Quartersawn” maple neck with the proven 6105 frets, a 9.5” fingerboard radius and a "Nocaster U" neck profile. The neck is a little bit stronger, but not yet really fat, so that it plays extremely comfortably and very quickly. Even when played dry the above-average resonance behavior is immediately noticeable. Very loud, balanced and with exactly the right bass and mids. Simply Tele at its best on the amp! Super twang, comes through superbly and never sounds thin or too nasal. A super frequency spectrum, especially with distorted sounds! This Tele is simply great fun! ...and it's certainly no secret that Dale Wilson is an absolute artist when it comes to the look and aging of a guitar.
