Gibson Les Paul 59 CC#37 Carmelita (2016)

The CC#37 Carmelita (also known as "The Claw" or "Hawaii Burst" because of its special flame), limited to 300 pieces, is one of the Collectors Choice guitars that were completely manufactured using the True Historic process. The Carmelita is a faithful replica of the original Burst with the serial number 9-1953 and this is where top looks, killer sound and best playability come together. The Carmelita is known for its almost perfect Cherry Burst and its wide, lush flame. I especially like the neck profile. It is not quite as strong as most 59er profiles, lies super in the hand with the slightly higher frets and offers best playing comfort with the rounded shoulders. Even when played dry the excellent resonance behavior of this lightweight (only 3740 grams!) is noticeable on this Paula. Soundwise for me the ultimate Rock Paula! It really smacks, sounds very airy, differentiated and has a beautiful singing tone with great overtones. If you like Gary Moore sounds with great attack, you'll be well served here. And there is no sludge here either or muddle in the mids. The best value is always maintained with the CCs, so we are happy to be able to offer you this fantastic Carmelita in top condition except for a small scratch on the lower back of the neck (see picture 5). In order to guarantee you the usual Ten-Guitars quality, as well as the best possible security we have also had the aforementioned scratch examined by two experts, who confirmed that it is only a scratch (caused by an object in the case) and not a crack or tear.
