This '59 Les Paul in the most beautiful "Kindred Burst" is one of those guitars that will knock your socks off for several reasons. It simply represents the ultimate combination of incredible looks, best playing characteristics and phenomenal sound development. Super beautiful top with an aging that is more in the subtle range with countless hairline cracks and individual quirks in the characteristic places. And what seems almost unbelievable here is the fantastic weight of just 3448 grams, which of course has an enormously positive effect on the guitar's outstanding playability. The same purpose is fulfilled by the enormously comfortable Medium '59 profile with rounded shoulders, which sits perfectly in the hand. In terms of sound, the first thing to point out is the Paula's perfect vibration behavior. Despite its absolute dream weight its resonance is above average. The sun then rises on the amp: super fast and precise response and a very nice tone development. Nothing muddles here and the mids and highs are wonderfully balanced. Classic, smacking Paula sound, always beautifully differentiated with lots of overtones. You can really shape the sound with your fingers. Great sustain, great tone! You won't want to put it down.
