Les Pauls from the so-called “Good Wood” era from 1994 to 1998 are increasingly becoming highly sought-after collector's items and are already being traded at prices in excess of EUR 25,000. Just look at this phenomenal top with its gorgeous, tight grain... it's hard to beat! This perfect grain is complemented by a fantastic nitrocellulose finish in a wonderfully dark shade. It has everything you would expect from an old “Burst”, ...three-dimensional sound, very open and resonant. Incredibly clean, sparkling, with a slight compression and endless sustain even when played clean. When played distorted, the sun comes up! The neck pickup sings with endless sustain, beautifully open and grippy. The bridge pickup doesn't miss a beat, super smacking and assertive. The neck has a slightly stronger '59 profile and fits perfectly in the hand. All in all, a 100-point Paula, which we can offer you in top condition except for a few slight signs of wear. On top of that, it has a dream weight of only 3780 grams.
