Here we have a true reference Paula! You can't get any closer to the '59 originals, because this Les Paul has been equipped with "True Historic" specs such as selected woods, hide glue, super-thin nitrocellulose lacquer etc. It comes with an amazing top with an incredibly pronounced grain and a "Lemon Burst" finish that is second to none. The pictures speak for themselves; from every angle the dream top reveals a different pattern. Hand-sanded double carved neck, "True Historic" pickup covers, rolled fingerboard binding — one awesome feature after another! Of course this results in a guitar that plays perfectly with its '59 medium neck profile and ideal weight of just 3790 grams. The sound also stays true to the originals from the '50s. Not too much output, allowing for excellent tone control – dynamic, resonant and nuanced, ...absolutely nothing gets muddy. And that touch of "Stratocaster" that creates that sparkling sound is definitely there, too. So it's no surprise that this Les Paul has been played a lot over the years, as evidenced by the light signs of use and play. Otherwise it will arrive at its new owner in top condition. "True Historic" at its absolute best!
