We've seen a lot of unusual finishes from PRS Private Stocks, but this Faded Emerald Green really takes the cake! The color gradient of the Quilted Maple top is also carried through on the headstock and the other specs compliment this look perfectly. The neck and fingerboard are both made of East Indian rosewood, while the body is made of highly grained mahogany that reveals different facets depending on how the light hits it. The bird inlays on the fingerboard are made of green malachite with a mother-of-pearl inside. So, if you're looking for the visual top of the line, this Custom 24 is your best bet. And the player features are in no way inferior to the classy exterior. The neck comes with the pattern-thin profile, which in our opinion is the most comfortable that PRS has in its program. Here you just fly while playing! As pickups two 58/15 humbuckers were installed, which can be split into single coils by means of a 5-way switch. Sound-wise, you're in typical PAF territory here - nice and snappy, with just the right amount of midrange and plenty of harmonics. The single coil positions sound super silky and crisp, so that the guitar also masters funk and straty chords. You can write an e-mail or give us call to anytime and we will find a suitable date. It doesn't matter if you want to try the instruments in a loud Live situation in our soundproofed rooms or in our own little recording studio – everything is possible to find your dream guitar.
Important: For security reasons we don´t have all guitars in our house but we can bring them here very fast – even on short terms.
