Suhr is known for interpreting the classics of guitar history in a modern way. However, relicing has also been used here for a few years to give the instruments the right amount of vintage charm. If you buy a guitar from Suhr with "Antique" in the name, you will get fine hairline cracks or thick scratches in the finish, just like with other manufacturers. On this Classic Antique in Seafoam Green, however, the relicing is extremely subtle and only really visible on closer inspection. Otherwise, it has all the top modern specs that often make Suhr the first choice for players: A comfortable medium C neck with 9"-12" compound radius and stainless steel jumbo frets, an incredibly smooth and detune-free Gotoh 510 two-point tremolo, locking tuners, and Suhr's proprietary SSCII hum-cancellation system, which uses an additional coil under the pickguard to keep things quiet. Everything is really thought of here to make life easy for players. The pickups used here are the Mike Landau single coils in the middle and on the bridge, and a V60 on the neck. This makes for a nice bluesy sound on the neck and crystal clear, but also very balanced sounds on the other positions. If you're looking for the right guitar for really all jobs and sessions, this is it. Top look, top sound, top handling ... and of course in top condition!

You can write an e-mail or give us call to anytime and we will find a suitable date. It doesn't matter if you want to try the instruments in a loud Live situation in our soundproofed rooms or in our own little recording studio – everything is possible to find your dream guitar.
Important: For security reasons we don´t have all guitars in our house but we can bring them here very fast – even on short terms.
