Even though the look of this Trussart Steel-O-Matic Snakeskin Antique Silver creates the absolute AHA effect, I would like to talk about the sound first. Simply stunning how this guitar sounds. At the neck pickup simply Steve Ray Vaughan sound pure. Fat, bell-like, smacking, super beautiful bluesy with a very open character and great dynamics. Also the middle pickup is seamlessly connected to it. The intermediate position even more bell-like and super balanced. Simply really good, the Arcane/Trussart pickups. The bridge pickup was exchanged for a Seymour Duncan humbucker in single coil format and offers best lead and rock sounds with enough midrange. The original pickup is included and can be reinstalled at any time. It's just great how the incredible look is even topped by the sound. The chambered lightweight Sugarpine Body provides best vibration behaviour and a minimum of 2940 grams. The playability is great and very modern. Jumbo frets and a slightly flatter radius offer best playing comfort. And when it comes to the look, this guitar is a true work of art.
