Schon längst ausverkauft und in einer limitierten Stückzahl von 250 Stück hergestellt ... die Chris Cornell Signature ES 335. Das sogenannte Olive Drab Green Finish sieht nicht nur spitze aus, sondern fasst sich auch klasse an. Seidenmatt ... hier klebt nichts und rutscht nichts. Fühlt sich an wie ein gewachstes Holz. Als Pickups wurden hier die Jason Lollar™ Lollartron Pickups verwendet. Wie bezeichnet Gibson den Sound so treffend : "fat-but-jangly late ’50s to early ’60s humbucker-fired twang that fuels Chris Cornell’s tone". Und das trifft es genau. Optimal für differenzierte Rock und Blues Riffs. Das Bigsby arbeitet einwandfrei und der Hals liegt klasse in der Hand mit seinem Medium Profil. Klasse ES 335 für alle, die einen etwas moderneren Sound suchen, der auch mal richtig abrocken kann, aber auch clean überzeugt. Bis auf ein paar minimalste Spielspuren in Top-Zustand.
