... this Rickenbacker represents a strong character tool in the sound construction kit! Who is looking for the electric 12-string sound of the 60s, as it is known especially by George Harrison, can not get around this classic. This 1996 360/12C63 is modeled after the 1963 original in semi-hollow construction, with trapeze bridge and the characteristic headstock with offset double tuners. Two "toaster top" single coils provide the typical bright sound. They are controlled by two volume, two tone and one mix knob. With the latter, the bridge pickup can be mixed in the neck position and in the middle position both pickups can be easily mixed together. The neck has a rather flat medium profile and together with the low vintage frets it is perfect for what you will probably do with the guitar the most: strumming big chords. For its age, the guitar is in very good condition, with only a few dings and dongs sporadically scattered across the midnight black finish. The frets also show minimal wear. If you want to have one more legendary sound in your arsenal: Go get it!
