I've always been a fan of PRS McCartys with solid rosewood necks. And so I'm completely thrilled with this 20th Anniversary McCarty in “Trans Red.” Great feel and top-notch sound! The rosewood necks have great response and that slight compression you know from the old Paulas. Very nice singing tone that quickly tips over into the overtones. The “57/08 TM” pickups, which are known for their classic, singing, warm PAF sound and are named by many PRS users as their favorite pickup set, also contribute to this. The feel, look and sound are all in the absolute top league here. In addition, the instrument is beautifully swung in and in great condition. Only minor signs of wear, such as minimal belt buckle scratches, are visible. The frets are in very good condition with very slight signs of wear on the first 3 frets. A top player with a very high fun factor.
